It was founded by Patricia Farrell, a respected writer with considerable experience in the field of property journalism. Patricia saw a need for an economically-sound path to fractional ownership: a path which bypassed the developers and corporations that had dominated the field for so long.

``I had a dream of one day being able to live in France for a couple of months of each year," Patricia says.

``I`m not rich and I don`t earn a heap of money, so the only way I was ever going to do it was through a share scheme.

``I advertised and was lucky enough to find enough share partners to make my dream some true.

``Now, I`d like to help other people achieve their lifestyle dreams," she says.

The Club Propertyshare website has a three-fold purpose:

• Access to our facilitation programs, which take the work out of setting up a share property.
